Camp of Champions Camp Details
The Camp of Champions offer one of the finest summer water polo training experiences in the country for boys and girls aged 12 and up. We have limited the number of water polo players that can attend each camp to ensure everyone gets the individual attention they need to take their game to the next level. Here are a few of the details:

Eligibility
Boys and Girls age 12 and up. 12 year old campers should have some past playing experience. (Call for more information)
Camp Times
Check-in time is 8:00AM for the first day of all sessions and in the water at 8:30AM on the other three days.
Pick-up will be at 5:00PM the first three days and at 12:00 noon on the last day.
Maps, directions and last minute details will be provided to all campers three weeks before the camp begins.
Fees and Payments
Day Campers:
$395 per person (lunch is included).
$250 deposit included with the application is required to reserve a space. If you pay the entire camp fee of $395 by April 11th, deduct $20 for an early discount.
Resident Campers:
$395 plus $55 dorm fees for each night you stay. You may come the day before the camp begins and stay in the dorms.

Complete payment for all campers must be received by June 10th.
If you are paying the balance the first day of the camp, please PAY IN CASH. There is a $100 cancellation fee up to May 31st, after that the cancellation fee is $200. Sorry there can be no exceptions!
Camp Discounts
Early Registration:
If the entire camp fee for day campers or the camp fee plus dorm fees for resident campers is received by April 11th you can take a $20 discount.
Teams:
Minimum of five campers deduct $20 for each camper. Minimum of 10 campers deduct $30 per camper. (In order to receive the Team discount, all applications and fees must be mailed in the same envelope. No team discount will be allowed if applications and fees arrive separately.)
For each 5 players registered, one coach or parent can attend the camp for free — including room and board.
Family:
First child pays standard fee, each additional family members may take a $20 discount.
You can qualify for more than one discount.
Housing Information
California State College, Long Beach — Dorm space is provided in the Parkside Dorms at the rate of $55 per night. (This fee has to be paid with the registration fee). This fee includes 3 meals each day except the first day when you receive lunch and dinner and the last day when you will receive breakfast. If you arrive the day before the camp, check in time at the dorms is Noon or later.
Counselors are provided by the camp and will chaperone the campers at all times.
Each coach and parent’s room and board will be free if accompanied by at least 5 campers apiece. (Any coach or parent who does not meet the above criteria, but is accompanying an individual or a team, will pay the camper’s rate of $55 per night.)
Rooms are furnished with single beds, desks, chairs, bed pillows, wastebaskets, blankets, sheets and pillowcases.

Equipment
Each camper should bring his/her own swimsuit, goggles, towels, shorts, shoes, sunblock lotion, notebook, pencil, sunglasses, hat or sun visor, and a light jacket or sweat shirt.
Overnight campers must provide towels, toiletries and any personal electronics.
Campus policy prohibits skateboards and scooters.
Transportation
The closest airports to the camp are Long Beach, Los Angeles and John Wayne/Orange County.
For an additional $15 fee, transportation will be provided to and from the Long Beach campus and Long Beach Airport. Campers must arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours prior to the start of camp to qualify.
It is the responsibility of the camper to arrange his/her transportation to and from Los Angeles International Airport or John Wayne/Orange County airport to the Long Beach campus.
